About Me

I am a Chinese Medicine Board Australia (CMBA) registered acupuncturist and Chinese Medicine, True Quit practitioner. I am also the author of a self-help wellbeing book, “The Energy Book”, to optimising body’s self-healing mechanism and a teacher of Tai Chi and Qi Gong since 1997.

As a True Quit practitioner based in Kingston – Canberra, I am excited to help you eliminate cravings to quit smoking, through the True Quit program.

What is the True Quit Method?

The True Quit Method provides a solution to both problems of quitting smoking by first reducing and then eliminating cravings. This is because we have developed a unique understanding of the mental side of the smoking addiction.

What are the Dangers of smoking or Risks of smoking

When smoking mental health symptoms such as schizophrenia, depression, panic attacks, and anxiety can worsen. Smoking can also create signs of premature aging such as wrinkles and loss of skin elasticity.

What happens when you quit smoking?

Your pulse, blood pressure and temperature of your limbs will begin to normalise. Any excess carbon monoxide in your body will start to breath out overtime as well, and your risk of heart attacks and strokes will begin to decrease.

Along with these videos we also provide telephone support to chat about the cravings and discuss the technique to conquer the craving.
