Refund & Cancellation Policy

If you find this program is not for you and you cancel within 10 days, we will provide a full refund. In order to claim this, you must send an email to support@truequit.com within 10 days of enrolling.
The amount of your refund is limited to the amount you have paid in the first 10 days of your program. In the situation where you enrol and receive a 10-day free trial, there will be nothing to refund, because you will not have paid anything in the first 10 days.
You can request to cancel your subscription at anytime by sending an email to support@truequit.com and complete a cancellation form. Please be aware that you will need to send this email three days before your intended cancellation date. Cancellations take effect 72 hours after we receive your email and complete a short survey.
We will also provide a refund if there we have caused an error and you have been overcharged. However, this rarely happens.
